How does salon suite leasing work?

When you lease a suite at Legacy Luxxe, you are renting a private, fully equipped space to run your own independent beauty or wellness business. You set your own hours, prices, and services. You keep 100% of your earnings — there are no commission splits.

What is included in my lease?

Your suite lease includes your private workspace, secure keyless entry, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, access to the community shampoo and dryer area, laundry facilities, the luxury waiting area, ample parking, and all common area amenities. Utilities are included.

Are suites available furnished or unfurnished?

Yes — both options are available. You can move into a fully furnished suite from day one, or choose an unfurnished suite and bring your own equipment to make the space entirely your own.
